I grew up in the midwest, and tornadoes were certainly common place, but nothing like they are now. Twice, now, they've ripped through my parent's neighborhood. What's peculiar is they no longer seem to adhere to the old rules about tornado season, weather patterns, etc. Stay safe! I fear this is a side-effect of global warming.
