Pam, the breeder where we got Ed is in Olive Branch, MS. If you go to the Rogues Gallery website you can find a link to her website. Patch is our other Jack and he is a bit more mischievous. If you read today's post, Patch is the Jack I'm referring to.

Oh Farmgirl! Roxy is going to love the country! Getting outside and chasing a ball is like heaven. You might want to consider a Chuck-it! Just be aware that balls tend not to fly when the temperature drops below 40 degrees!

Gus & Louie, I didn't get very hurt. It was just a little bruise. I'm willing to go out and play Chuck-it! again soon. Besides when the dogs ask, how can I say no? Be good boys and come back to see me soon!

Wow Ed is something. He is a real champion. That chuck-it looks like fun but we are so sorry that you got hurt by that thing... Mom just tosses the tennis ball for us. Of course I run and get it and Louie tries to take it away once I have it..

Louie is getting a lot better with his signs. This weekend she made the ball sign and he actually went and got the ball. Mom was so proud of him.. He still hasn't figured out the "NO" sign. He thinks Mom is playing with him. Such a silly puppy...

How funny - great description of you trying to throw the ball - and your dogs' reactions every time they still had nothing to chase! :-) :-)
My pup, Roxy, practically came out of the womb chasing balls. We always say that this is her "job" and her day isn't complete if she hasn't "gone to work" at least a few times each day. :-) Of course, here in our "city" house, the ball is thrown inside - between the dining room, through the kitchen, and into the hallway on the other side. She's going to *freak* when we get to our "country" house and she gets to do the ball chasin' outside!!

I'm glad to find your site. Thanks for visiting mine the other day and no we didn't get snow here. It would have been nice to see just a little since we sure got cold.
I am curious about the Jack Russell dogs. We have one large dog, Bo, and I am seriously considering a Jack Russell for company to me and Bo. I love your picture at the top too.
